Helen completed her studies in Marketing in 1984, specialising in PR and Communications. plus an Executive Development Programme. Thereafter, Helen spent 10 Years in marketing at Edcon and 7 years Power of One. In 2005, she started her journey in the gaming and hospitality industry when she joined Montecasino. Helen held various marketing positions within the Tsogo Sun group, most recently as Group Director of Marketing for Tsogo Sun Gaming before she joined Sun International in August 2022 as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer.

Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer - Tiger Brands
Mary-Jane Morifi is currently the Chief Corporate Affairs and Sustainability Officer at Tiger Brands responsible for Corporate Communications and Media Relations, Stakeholder and Government Relations, Sustainable Socio Economic Development and Sustainability and Enterprise and Supplier Development She is the founder of the Tiger Brands Women’s Forum. She joined Tiger Brands from The Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital Trust where she was the Global Capital Campaign Lead responsible for raising the $100million required to build, equip and train the medical personnel for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital. Prior to joining the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital Trust she held a number of Corporate Affairs and Social Development roles. She is a Senior Associate for the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.

Niven Postma

Strategy, Leadership And Culture Consultant
Niven Postma has held executive positions since she was 29, in a career that has spanned multiple sectors and roles. Before starting up her own consultancy and embarking on her PhD in Organisational Behaviour, her positions included being CEO of the Businesswomen’s Association, Head of the SARB Academy at the South African Reserve Bank and Head of Leadership and Culture for the Standard Bank Group (the largest bank by assets in Africa). Having started her career as a strategy consultant, she is now a strategy and culture facilitator for global clients in industries as diverse as financial services, retail, media and manufacturing. She is a Harvard Business Review and Inc. contributor, a part time tutor at Cambridge University’s Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and an expert lecturer and facilitator on women’s leadership development programmes around the world. Niven also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Cotlands, an NGO that does cutting edge work in the Early Childhood Development space in South Africa and beyond.

Njabulo is CHRO of the Year 2022 and an international Award-winning HR Leader with a track record of partnering with CEOs, Management Teams and Board Members to drive business performance and transformation. She is passionate about People and Organizational Development. She is the HR Director, Vodacom South Africa, she is also a Member of Vodafone Senior Leadership Team; Board Member of Vodacom South Africa; and GIBS Advisory Board Member. Njabulo has 21 years of experience in the Human Resources Management value chain, twelve years of which have been in Senior Leadership roles. She previously worked at Heineken, Amsterdam where she had been on assignment as a Talent Management Lead and Opco spanbreaker in the Africa, Middle East and Eastern Europe (AMEE) region since September 2018. Previously, Njabulo held the role of Heineken’s Human Resources Director for Southern Africa.
